The network and its role

Members can share profiles, hospitality, local advice and other opportunities. Participation is voluntary and members are responsible for describing their offers honestly.

Eternal Pilgrim is an international community bringing travellers and local people together through authentic encounters, hospitality and cultural exchange. Members arrange activities themselves. The platform does not organise, book or guarantee meetings, accommodation, transport, employment or collaborations. An offer or connection is not a safety endorsement.

Knock, Open and voluntary participation

Members choose whether to accept an invitation to connect and which external contact details to share. Acceptance is optional and further conversations take place through the external services members choose.

Sending a Knock or choosing Open is not a commitment to meet, host, travel, work, give money or participate in an activity. Agree on expectations directly and respect changes of mind. Contact settings apply to existing Opens as well as new ones: review them before enabling a contact. Read Privacy and Safety for the limits of withdrawing information already shared.

Accounts and content

Use the service lawfully, provide accurate information and respect other people and their boundaries. Do not use profiles or interactions for harassment, scams, impersonation or unsafe requests, or publish exact home addresses. The Community Guidelines explain these existing rules in practical terms.

You are responsible for the profile, photographs, notes, travel information and references you submit, including respecting other people’s privacy and rights. Information is displayed and processed for the functions described in Privacy; these terms do not add a right to commercially reuse your content. Keep your sign-in secure and your offers and plans accurate.

Free access, Premium and advertising

Core community functions are free. Any account limits and membership benefits are shown in the member interface. Membership does not buy reputation, favourable references or a safety endorsement.

Optional membership and community support settings are available to signed-in members. Payment collection is currently disabled. Any paid offer must disclose its price and applicable conditions before a transaction; no payment or commission terms are introduced by this notice.

The site identifies its AdSense publisher account for review without automatically loading Google advertising scripts. Locally hosted promotional placements may appear in the member area. Non-essential advertising requires appropriate consent controls before activation. See Cookies.

References and verification

References describe members’ own experiences. Activity indicators and optional meeting confirmations are not background checks or endorsements. Membership does not certify identity or personal safety.

Optional meeting confirmation, including a consent-based device-location check, does not verify legal identity, qualifications, accommodation standards or personal safety. Use your own judgment and the Safety guidance.

Moderation and account choices

Profile reports cover safety, harassment, spam, privacy and other concerns. Authorised administrators can review reports and relevant Knock/Open context, mark reports reviewed and suspend, disable or restore account access. A report requests review; it is not proof of a violation. Content may be removed for safety or rule violations. The current interface has no dedicated reference-editing or account-appeal workflow.

Blocking prevents new in-app contact and access to the connection while the block applies. It cannot stop external contact or retrieve copied information. Settings lets you manage blocks, pause your profile or delete your account. Pausing hides discovery and stops new Knocks but preserves existing Opens. Privacy explains deletion and remaining records.

Responsibility and legal protections

Members independently decide whether and how to participate and are responsible for their own conduct and arrangements. Eternal Pilgrim cannot control another member’s conduct or conditions of an independently arranged activity. Safety advice and moderation tools do not guarantee outcomes or an immediate response.

These descriptions do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, waive mandatory consumer or data protection rights, or make a member responsible for the platform’s own legally attributable conduct. No absolute liability exclusion, indemnity, chosen court or governing-law clause is added here.

Details awaiting confirmation

The operator’s legal identity, address and legal contact channel have not been confirmed for publication. Eligibility and age requirements, applicable jurisdiction and any future paid-service conditions also require confirmation. This notice records those gaps without presenting them as approved terms or limiting rights under applicable law.
